By creating an account or using KickDriven, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What KickDriven is

KickDriven provides AI-assisted football match insights for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial adviser.

All outputs (including odds estimates prefixed with "~") are generated by models and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KickDriven. The service is not directed at minors.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws in your jurisdiction, including rules on sports betting where applicable.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose abuse or security risks.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers are billed through Stripe Checkout. Prices, features, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Stripe’s terms apply to payment processing.

You may cancel according to Stripe / subscription settings; refund policy follows applicable consumer law and what we disclose at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, or to distribute malware.

Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as guaranteed outcomes or professional betting advice.

Intellectual property

KickDriven branding, software, and generated layouts are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from betting or financial decisions based on our content.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated as required.
